Rules, rules and more rules.
Sadly we have to use rules to keep the life at the analogue stations run smoothly, to make sure everyone is safe and stays healthy. And that goes just as well for the Hab systems as these are notoriously finicky.
As there are so many rules, we concede that it is very hard for every crewmember to keep track of them. So when in doubt, ask Mission Support. That is what we are there for.
